Punchbowl Historical Note:

Punchbowl is located 17 kilometres south west of the Sydney central business district; it is part of the local government area of both the City of Bankstown and the City of Canterbury. Punchbowl is a part of the south western Sydney region

Punchbowl has been named for the circular valley actually located in the nearby suburb of Belfield that is called *The Punch Bowl*. This feature also gave name to Punch Bowl Road (now Punchbowl Road)

George Faulkener built an inn close to the corner of Liverpool Road he named the Punch and Bowl. In 1909 when the railways station opened just a few kilometres away from the *Punch Bowl* itself, the surrounding suburb took on the name Punchbowl.

In the 1920’s and 1930’s Punchbowl was a higher class suburb with a number of popular theatres that were demolished years later.

Punchbowl has a relatively small shopping centre which thrived till the nearby complexes of Bankstown Square and Roselands opened.

Setup email accounts on iphone and install and setup outlook on Windows XP

1. Went onsite

2. Diagnose situation

3. Liase with Telstra for email client/settings

4. Download outlook 2003 from telstra and product key

5. Client PC would not extract

6. Extract zip file on laptop

7. Move extracted contents to client PC

8. Install outlook 2003

9. Configure outlook 2003 for exchange email

10. Import contacts from outlook express to outlook

11. Ensure two iphones are imap sync'd to exchange account hosted by Telstra

12. Ensure moving emails to folders and creating folders were reflected by both phones and outlook

13. Test (pass)
